Conversion Growth of Protestant Churches in Thailand

฿700.00

This book is the first study about Protestant church growth in Thailand since Alex Smith’s Siamese Gold: The Church in Thailand. The study set out to answer the question what factors are conducive for church growth through conversion in Protestant Thai churches. There are many important findings and essential information that can help the reader to understand the growth of Protestantism in Thailand as well as the important factors in evangelizing in Thailand.

One important finding is that throughout 30 years, the number of Protestant Christians in Thailand has increased 6 times comparing to Alex Smith’s study published in 1982. And relatives are proved to be the most effective evangelists. There are also many other interesting findings and information which can be valuable for missionaries, church planters, pastors, and anyone who is planning to evangelize or plant a church in Thailand.
